As a teacher developer, my focus in on understand the needs of the teachers and the institutions, and design and deliver workshop programs so that the teachers become more effective in teaching and learning.
With a special focus on the pedagogy, how learning happens, and how teaching happens.
For the above reasons, we DO NOT conduct a one-shot workshop. We get a lot of requests from schools and institutions to conduct a 2 hours to a day workshop, asking us to “bring changes in their teachers or students”.
However this is simply unrealistic and ineffective.
