I recorded this episode after reading this "important" blog article posted on edutopia.org (Link: https://www.edutopia.org/article/10-most-significant-education-studies-2020). 

I have added my own perspectives and a few opinions as well on these studies. And in doing so, I have cited some references of Robert Bjork (Input less, Output more), Angela Duckworth (Grit), Daniel Wellingham (Memory is the residue of thoughts), and John Sweller (We are our long term memory).

I've used both Nepali and English language, as my primary target of this podcast is Nepali teachers, educators, and learners.
